great staff comfortable bed
The staff was great and always ready to assist. my room had fluffy towels and a comfortable bed. i also noticed extra food and drink items available at reception. This works well when you forget something.
the room thermostat did not function properly so this caused some discomfort. i also found the car park looked a little derelict with missing signage.

the staff was very friendly and helpful . they were always available to assist with any questions or requests i had. i found that the staff attitude was very positive and they did a good job.
i find the parking to be a bit expensive. i would be nice if it were included in the room rate or offered at a reduced price for hotel guests. the parking area had limited space.

i found the bed to be very comfortable. the room offered controlled heating, convenient. toiletries were supplied, a good addition for a short stay. tea, coffee, and biscuits were also available in the room. i found this very useful for a late night refreshment.
i noticed the hotel looked a little more run down than expected.
